Location:
The Conference will take place in Berlin, at the “Palisade” (www.palisa.de). The participants will be accommodated in two hotels near the Ostbahnhof (East Station):
Participants:
• Experts in the field of national, international and European youth information
• Youth Media Projects esp. of web based services for young people
• local, regional and national youth portals in Europe
Maximum amounts for reimbursement:
List of countries and maximum amounts - (pdf - size: 12kbyte)
Languages:
Opening Session: German and English (simultaneous translation)
In the sequel / workshops: English
Participation fee:
There will be no participation fee, travel costs will be reimbursed until a country-specific maximum (see pdf document above List of countries and maximum amounts, if your country is not mentioned please contact the coordination office)
Application:
We ask every applicant for a short description of his/her project. The projects will be published on www.youth.info. You can find a form for the description also on the website.
To apply for the conference please send the filled application forms (application form, project description) to the coordination office. Both forms are available here.
Deadline for applications:
20.01.08
You will be informed about the success of your apply after January 25th 2008.
The preparation of the conference is done by IJAB – International Youth Service of the Federal Republic of Germany.
